Core Policy Guidelines
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags fully intact.
- Complimentary return shipping is provided for items with confirmed quality defects (e.g. broken beads, defective stringing).
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping fees.

- Submit Your Request

- Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours, and send you a formal return authorization number and detailed shipping guide.
- Complete Refund or Exchange
Send the item to our designated warehouse. We will finalize your refund or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Special Notes
- Natural crystal inclusions, veining, and slight color variations are inherent characteristics of genuine gemstones, and are not classified as quality defects.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved bracelets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with the sole exception of confirmed quality defects.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
